SustainableWWW is like many other websites using Google Analytics to track how visitors interact with our website. We are using Analytics so that we can optimize our website and make your experience better.
Our Google Analytics software is set up to anonymize IP adresses. This means your specific IP address won't be saved with Google and therefore Google won't know that you specifically visited our website.
SustainableWWW is offering a newsletter which you can sign up for on our website. When signing up for the newsletter the name and email you have provided will be sent to Mailchimps database so that we can send you a copy of the monthly newsletter.
When signing up for SustainableWWW's newsletter you agree to send the provided information to Mailchimp. If you wish to cancel your newsletter subscription, this can be done at the bottom of each received newsletter email.
On several places on SustainableWWW's website you will find contact forms. When submitting a contact form you agree to letting SustainableWWW handle the provided information (Name and Email) and you agree to storing the data in our database until your contact case has been marked as finished. Once a case is finished your data will be deleted from our database.
You can also when submitting a contact form, sign up for our monthly newsletter using the information you provided in the contact form. Please read the "Mailchimp newsletter" section for further information regarding our newsletter.

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
SustainableWWW does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
