What we do is teach sustainable web design to designers and website owners through articles on our website. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to add video courses as well, but for now, we will hold on to the articles. The internet has come to stay, and it is a wonderful thing because it connects us no matter where we are located. But truth is that the internet is polluting, and pollutes so much that if it was a country it would have been the 6th worst polluter in the world. That is many tons of CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) seeping into our atmosphere every year, and no one notices it. Most people focus on electric cars and renewable energy since these are the problems we can easily see.

Every day our internet speed and CPUs become faster, and as a result of that, we build more demanding websites, when it should have been the opposite. A more demanding website is a website that requires more data to be downloaded and more CPU power to interact with. If we instead made more sustainable and lightweight websites we could make the internet a lot less polluting and much more accessible to people living in areas with low bandwidth.

We know designing a sustainable website is hard, and there are many things that you need to remember. We believe that together, we can make the internet less polluting and even more accessible to people. We believe that together we can make a difference.
